The esic has been changed their following rule regarding esic card updation :-


1.  Now Company only raises requests for correction and updation for employee detail in esic.

2.  Now the ESIC Department  only can approve and reject employee update requests.

3.  If any emergency employee can visit esic Local Office with original proof for approval of their request. 

4.  Every type of change/correction requests, an adhaar card if mandatory required for employees and family members,

5.  Please provide complete/correct data in ESIC Personal Detail Form at the time joining data sent to us.

6.  Now the company/consultant can't approve requests for corrections.

7.  Please note the same correction and update request takes 10-15 for approval.

8.  We can only request no correction and updation of an employee for esic office reference. 

9.  As per ESIC rule employees take benefit of Super Speciality after one year of service and every six months (Apr to Sept & Oct to March) he/she works at least 78 days/Six months)

10 As per ESIC rule employee family takes benefit of Super Speciality after two years of service and he/she works at least 78 days per six months.
