New PF Claim Rule applicable from Nov 2025

 PF WITHDRAWAL AND ADVANCE CLAIM NEW RULE 

1. New PF Can Be Claim upto 75% advance after 12 Months of Employment.

2. New PF Can Claim full withdrawal after 12 months of unemployment.

3. Now PF department Caterised three types of claim 1. Initial (Marriage/Edu), 2 Housing(Repair/Construction), 3. Special (any condition)

4. Now Pension Claim can be claimed after 36 months of unemployment

5. Minimum 12th months services are required for PF Advance claim.

6. After 75% PF advance withdrawal, 25% can be claimed after 12th of more services.

7. Now All claim to be processed by the auto claim process.

8. No document is required for advance claim

9. For claim process now two months from the date of leaving, the condition has been revoked.

10. For Marriage/ Education advance, now 10 times to be claimed before only 3 times in lifetime.

11. The new rule may be applicable w.e.f Nov 2025.

12. Only Three times Advance can be applied in a Contribution period a year

13. Now Employees 12% and Employer 3.67% can withdraw in Advance category 

14. No limit of lifetime claim process but in a year only three times can be claimed.

15. For illness minimum 12 months services are required except Special Category.

16. PF advance can be processed through Form 31.

17. Now PF minimum balance to be maintained is 25% of their contribution.

18. Now employees can fully withdraw Form 19 and 10c after 36 months of unemployment. 

19. Now PF Claim can be processed through Umang App, Website, and ATM
