PF UAN DEFREEZING PROCESS

The defreezing process is subject to verification by the respective field offices.

To facilitate this verification, you are required to submit the following documents: 

1. Aadhaar card and two more ID documents from the mentioned documents:

2. PAN card 

3. Passport 

4. School certificate 

5. Driving license 

6. Ration card Additionally, 

Additional Document Required :-

1. Appointment letter 

2. Full and Final Settlement

3. Bank Passbook.

A declaration from the employer needs to be submitted. 

This declaration should confirm that the member has actually worked during the ABRY period and drawn wages, 

Availed the ABRY benefit, and is a genuine beneficiary who has not engaged in any fraudulent activity and no PF deduction was made from the salary of the member.

This declaration along with the documents must be duly attested by both the employer and the member. 

All the above mentioned documents and the employer declaration must be submitted to the Regional Provident fund office.
